Over two decades of building brands that earn loyalty, not just attention

I founded and built Red Bull North America’s Customer Engagement department from the ground up — establishing the team, workflows, and standards that set national and global best practices across multiple properties and touchpoints.

Following my tenure at Red Bull, I held VP and senior leadership roles in marketing and communications — leading brand strategy, advising C-suite executives, and navigating organizational transformation. That experience now lives inside The Hummingbird.

Brand building is not a luxury. It’s the foundation that everything else stands on — connections, loyalty, trust. Too often I’ve sat across from decision makers who wanted growth but weren’t willing to invest in the brand that would make it possible. A business without a strong brand isn’t just missing something. It’s purely transactional. Employees don’t know what to stand for. Audiences don’t know why they should care. No amount of advertising fixes that.

I take on work that genuinely moves me. Not projects — visions. The kind that belong to people who see something others haven’t yet, and have the courage to build it anyway. When I find that, I’m all in.

What We Do

Where The Hummingbird can help

Brand Identity & Storytelling
Crafting the narrative, voice, and visual language that makes a brand unmistakably itself — and unforgettable to the people it serves.
Customer Engagement
Programs don’t build loyalty. Experiences do. We design the moments — across every touchpoint — that turn customers into people who come back, and bring others with them.
Marketing Strategy
The best marketing doesn’t chase — it attracts. A smart strategy starts with the brand — its values, its story, its place in the world — and builds outward from there. The businesses that get this right don’t just spend less. They build something that grows on its own.
Communications
Your competitors are loud. Being heard above them takes more than volume — it takes a message compelling enough to cut through, and the consistency to carry it across every channel, every partner, every conversation. Inconsistency isn’t just confusing. It’s an open door — and your competitors are already waiting for it.
